Hino Premium Protection Plan Predictable maintenance costs, a truck that's always ready to go
Your truck plays a vital role in your company’s profitability. With the HINO Premium Protection (HPP) and HPP PLUS programs, you benefit from scheduled maintenance to maintain its performance, follow the manufacturer’s recommendations, and better plan your expenses.
At Groupe National Hino Rive-Sud, the leading provider of Hino trucks in Quebec, our team will help you determine the right service plan for your truck and schedule maintenance based on your usage.
The HPP Program: The Right Interviews at the Right Time
The true cost of a truck isn't just its purchase price
For a business that relies on its truck, maintenance presents three challenges:
Bills that vary from one visit to the next —an oil change one month, filters and brakes the next—make it hard to budget.
Parts and labor costs that rise every year.
Maintenance was postponed due to a lack of planning, until a breakdown forced a shutdown at the worst possible moment.
The result: the truck’s actual operating costs remain unclear, and the surprises just keep piling up.
Smooth out your maintenance costs rather than just dealing with them
A Hino maintenance program turns a series of unexpected expenses into a predictable schedule.
With the HPP program, you’ll know which maintenance tasks are scheduled and when, from 5,000 to 160,000 km.
With PPQ PLUS, you go the extra mile: additional services are included (fuel and air filters, power steering, quick lubrications, air brakes), and the scheduled maintenance covered by your plan is paid in advance and locked in at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.
Here’s what the Hino Premium Protection Plan (HPP Plus) actually changes:
Maintenance costs are known from day one and can be factored into your cost price per delivery or per contract.
Protection against price increases for the entire duration of the plan, which can be extended for up to 5 years or 280,000 km.
Scheduled visits tailored to your operations, not emergency visits.
A complete maintenance history that supports the warranty and resale value.

You are purchasing an eligible Hino L Series or XL Series vehicle.
-
You are preparing an annual budget or calculating the cost per kilometer.
-
Do you plan to keep the truck for several years or drive it a lot?
-
An unplanned shutdown costs you more than a scheduled visit.
If you check two or more boxes, it’s worth comparing them. Otherwise, the HPP program already provides you with a clear schedule to follow.
